Darwin Calendar Maintenance

Some simple suggestions on how to maintain your calendar service.

• Maintain a regular backup of your data store.  If you mount a dedicated file via loopback as documented then it's simple to just copy that file each night to somewhere safe.
• Think and test before checking out the new version of the calendar server onto your production system, if possible test somewhere else first.  Calendar 2 and Calendar 3 are quite different, specially their configuration files.
• Use subversion or other version control software to help maintain the configuration files.
